The recommeded stake for a win bet is in the range 1 to 3 points, although 3-point bets are very rare. If your staking plan (see below) is say for £100 per point, then for a 2-point win bet you should stake £200.
The recommended stake for an each way ("e/w") bet is in the range half a point to 3 points, although again 3-point bets are very rare. If your staking plan (see below) is for £100 per point then for a 1-point each way bet you should bet £100 each way making a total stake of £200.
